Stop in to pump out and do laundry. Dock 8 pump broken (no sign to tell you), docks 6 and 7 weren't great last year and so many boats one couldn't find a space this year, so headed to dock 5 couldn't find the pump without docking, couldn't find the one on dock I so found one on G (private docks, pump doesn't suck well), called office for hours to get laundry code. Closed at 4. We left. Only will stop if can't help it in the future. if necessary

I'v been paying and using the boat launch for several years..the price goes up but no work is ever done to repair the rubber on the docks. If hanging off into the water exposing large 3' planks of metal witch dents/cratches your boat.. shame on you for collecting everyones money and do nothing for it..and turn on the water at the wash downs. You don't care about spreading who knows what from the salt water..

Ultimately I moored my sailboat here for the summer and then gave the advance notice that I would be removing my boat for the winter time. I had a full 30 days till my boat need to be removed so after sailing out I had left my zodiac in the slip and would get it the following week. Unfortunately I received a phone call from the office saying that maintenance staff had picked up my zodiac and placed it in their storage yard. I was told that I needed to pick up at the storage yard but there were a lot of things that came up during the certain times they were open (including two deaths in our family)so I wasn’t able to. I also expressed the losses in our family and there was zero concern at all! Not long after I received a bill in the mail saying that I owe them $20 a month for storage! I just find it completely unprofessional that they would take my property prior to my lease being up and then charge me for storage! Upon picking up my zodiac I noticed that half was completely deflated from a hole in the Stern and one of the back wheels was missing and broken. Whether it’s a lack of communication on their part or some other excuse, I find it extremely inappropriate that they would take and damage my property and then charge me for storing it. I will not be renting a spot here in the future

Great guest moorage. New, spacious docks. Easy walking distance to most needs. Easy place to grab an Uber for whatever you want to do.
