I would give zero if it was possible. I wanted to place a custom order and I understand that they're busy before mother's Day but there is a way to talk to people. The lady was super rude and unpleasant. Zero customer service skills. Such a shame but I don't feel like I'm going to shop there again or recommend them. I also called in the morning just to ask a question and the guy who answered the phone was super rude as well. So maybe that's their mentality. Thankfully there are other great bakeries in the area. I'm just reading the other reviews and I see that I'm not the only one who feels like that. I would think if a business have even one bed review they would want to correct the way they behave. So sad, I just read the owner response and obviously they don't understand what's the issue :(

Bought the vanilla choc mousse cake for my sisters birthday. Everything was edible and so tasty. Really delicious cake and not too sweet 😋 love this bakery! Staff so nice too.

True good quality, better than home made. Honey cake all ingredients taste very fresh. Bread is so good you can eat it with anything or just itself. One thing I noticed, prices on some items is not competitive. for instance , Almond cookie $5 for one. In WholeFoods(not cheap shop too) Almond horns, exactly same taste, 4x times cheaper!

This is my second time going and the service here is so welcoming. Their cakes and cookies are super good! The small chocolate cake was light and sweet. They were even kind enough to give us a free linzer torte!
