Went in on a Friday evening was told there would be a wait cause their was only 1 cook and 1 waitress. We said ok and sat down waited for about 10 minutes, no one came to our table, there were about 6 dirty tables that needed to be cleaned and at least 2 other families looking for the waitress who was nowhere to be found! Truly odd... especially on a Friday evening. Needless to say, we walked out. Will definitely not be returning! Absolutely ridiculous!!

I’ve eaten in various ihop franchises stores throught the years & I was surprised on how well the table server was. Her name was Eileen she was beyond professional, drinks / food came in on time. She came back on various occasions to see if me & my family didn’t miss a thing. She was polite. I would definitely return again if Eileen is working.

Well this was a horrible experience all the reviews are right I feel bad for the staff because they’re so low in quantity there was only one waitress one server and one manager. This place isn’t really the top-notch place that used to be used to really be good right now they’ll be lucky if they would be enough to pay rent. Things were terrible I don’t wanna make things worse by writing or feel like this already feel bad doing it but things are as bad as they seem right now
