My husband and I have been here a handful of times. I would say this is a good spot if you are a meat lover / meat enthusiast. This place is not for everyone. I'm the kind of person that enjoys a chicken sandwich with some lettuce (enough to taste it). Every time we go here I try something new and it always ends up being just a meat sandwich with not much more taste besides that. The meat quality is good. Here was my sandwich today. Also pictured is my husbands flying pig (?) sandwich. I skipped the tomatoes and onions, which just left me with greens. For the amount of meat, you would think there would be a little bit more of greens?? It was so meaty I couldn't even taste the greens. This sandwich was $15 with just a pickle on the side? I could've gotten a sautee or sandwich with fries for that price or very close to it. The prices are higher than average for just a sandwich and no side... this isn't NYC so I'm a bit confused why we have to pay extra for small side order fries with a sandwich? Our bill for 4 sandwiches, 4 sodas, 1 side of fries and 1 side of coleslaw was $82 before tip.

First, the staff was really nice, we ordered a family platter and a few other items, the food was good. I want to go back and work my way through the menu before I give a few comment. I love that it is local and not the same stuff that is around. Just remember it is an active airport so sitting outside can be a challenge for a few minutes, exhaust fumes.

Exceeded my expectations! Got the sliced brisket combo. The brisket was juicy and flavorful. But ribs were amazing! Very good BBQ sauce! Nice little find and location, at the small airport, where you can sit and eat your tasty BBQ under the wings of a plane see small planes take off.
