This has to be the worst place in west milford it took a hour to get food and I was told that I can’t get a eggplant parm cause that’s for lunch but I could get it with pasta and a salad so a got a side ceasar salad and my daughter got a chicken ceasar salad the croton’s were flat and old and they don’t have ice tea either so don’t waste your time going here and they should take pizzeria off their sign also will never go back

We ordered from you on Saturday, November 13. My husband picked up our order around 5 o’clock and he had to wait an additional 20 minutes before it was brought out. There was only one couple eating inside. We got the order home and it was the wrong order so my husband returned it and brought home our order to discover 2 items were not included. We feel we should at least received $20 back on our order fior this confusion and for being inconvenienced. If Joey was there to cook at that time, it is such a disappointment. He has really lost his touch. Our food was absolutely horrible. The baked ziti was not even baked. It was like the pasta and sauce were added from the pot and the mozzarella cheese placed on top and the mozzarella placed under the broiler to melt. There was no cheese throughout the ziti. The Ceasar salad was just Romaine lettuce. There was no croutons and no cheese on it and the meatballs were bland. So horrible. My grandkids did not even eat their chicken fingers. They did not like them. They were overcooked. And the bruschetta horrible.it was all tomatoes and no vinegar and oil. It was just dumped. I make better bruschetta. No onions, no cheese on it. No apology. We were told next time we come in to ask for Joey and we will get free desserts. There will be no next time

Ugh are you kidding? Who puts mayo on an Italian sub without consent? It’s not on the menu why is it on my sandwich? I call up and ask to send a new one and you tell me you won’t replace it? I paid like $20 for this thing with delivery and what you’re gonna cop an attitude with me? So these guys have been in business for five years and all of a sudden they are too good to take care of their customers. I try to do my part and support our local businesses. I know their pizza isn’t the best so I figured I’ll try a sandwich but I guess it’s back to Mario’s for me. You had your chance when I called up for a replacement but when you said no, come on there’s 20 other places in town to get what’s on your menu and you don’t care to keep me coming back?
