The park is a beautiful space that was a great addition to the neighborhood. But the lack of bathroom access nearby is the one flaw.

Not sure, but you can call 708-229-3373 or 708-422-1551 both numbers are connected to the park amenities and community. They will let you know if it's allowed.
You can try,the worst-case scenario would be they would ask you to bring it down and have a nice day but I haven't heard of a problem yet have a good day.
They are supposed to be out every day, usually 7ish to 3ish but the farm is run poorly and they aren't out as often as they should be
