5-9-21 Sad, Inside and outside really has gone down through the many years. Inside rugs are terrible, many letters missing on marble stone walls, bathrooms disgusting and no toilet paper or paper towels in men's or women's bathrooms, and it isn't the first time. Outside always messy the weeds, the grass, broken branches everywhere, tombstones need trimming around. I understand it may happen time to time from storms but not EVERY TIME I go. What a dirty rotten shame! 5-13-21 Thank you Jennifer for calling and interested in my concerns, hope to see improvements at the cemetery sooner rather then later.

1. We had PREPAID 4 GRAVES, 4 VAULTS, & ALL DIGGING TO OPEN & CLOSE THE GRAVES ‐ $21,000. BACK IN 2006. THE COMPANY TRIED TO LIE TO US WHEN MY DAD DIED. THEY WANTED TO GIVE US MUCH CHEAPER GRAVES ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD TO RESELL OUR EXPENSIVE GRAVES. MY BOTHER HAD A DIABETIC EPISODE IN THE OFFICE FROM THE STRESS. ***I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE TO GET THEM TO HONOR OUR CONTRACT. 2. TWO YEARS AGO, OUR CAR HOT STUCK BECAUSE THEIR CEMETERY ROADS ARE FULL OF POTHOLES. MY MOM, A 90+ SENIOR & I CALLED THE OFFICE FOR HELP TO GET OUT OF THE MUD. THEY REFUSED ANY KIND OF HELP! ***BUT EVERGREEN PARK POLICE HELPED US. DISGRACEFUL! !! 3. WE CAUGHT CEMETERY EMPLOYEES, STEALING OUR TOY DECORATIONS DURING PICK UP IN OCTOBER. OUR TTOY DECORATIONS WERE INSIDE THE CAB OF THE TRUCK THE EMPLOYEE WAS DRIVING! 4. WITHIN THE PAST 6 MONTHS, THHRY BURIED SOMEONE ABOVE MY BROTHER. BUT THEY TOOK. SOME OUR SPACE AND TORE UP THE AREA BY THE HEAD OF MY BROTHER!!! HORRIBLE!

First, I read all the negative reviews posted and ever post is absolutely true. This management team must be terminated immediately. The organization needs employees who operate with integrity. My father passed on January 22, 2022 and this organization has brought nothing but emotional distress to my family with the the lack of communication, flat out lies and no follow up phone calls when you constantly call. It’s 6 months later and still waiting to put up my father crypt plate. All the necessary assessments fees paid prior to my dad transition and still waiting to this day to complete the job that was paid for back in January. The thought of knowing that my father wishes is not being adhered to due to this incompetent group is hurtful. You all should be ashamed and fired immediately. You can respond to this post immediately but can’t respond to the people who you service (paid in full). I don’t wish this on any family trying to lay their love ones to rest. Every complaint is true. I experience the same issues of these families and more.
