For 2 years I have had consistent plumbing issues in my unit that leave my toddler and I with sanitation issues such as the bathtub being filled with fecal matter and food that did not come from unit, grotesque sewage smells, and inconveniences such as not being able to use my shower. All of which compromise our health. Bayshore properties/Parkwest Apartments has no problem violating housing and sanitation codes that are not only set by the state, but are IN THE LEASING AGREEMENT. I know others with the same complaints. You count on tenants to be dumb enough to continue to pay for something without doing their research and knowing there rights. Imagine everyone knowing that the issues they have with this property violates a law. That’s a class action lawsuit. Easily.

The apts themselves are decent but have very little storage space . The cleanliness of the inside of your building depend on your neighbors and that will very. We had several issues there one being the lack of security and concern for my personal property being used possibly by maintenance like my vacuum and towels etc, We also experienced mold and mildew issues in the apartment which had a lot to do with the outside maintenance that was just to excessive and intolerable. The one good thingI I will say about maintenance is the majority of my request were noted and at times addressed timely but untimely as well. Lastly, the office team was why I even lasted as long as I did. Thanks for making my concerns welcomed. Oh and with the amenities like valet garbage pick and the pools(even though I didn’t make it to the pool) we’re pretty nice. So I won’t give a RED flag just a Yellow with a hint of green.

The property was established in the late 1960s/early 70s. However, there have been renovations since then. The latest renovation phase began in 2017 and is ongoing.
It's on Arbogast between Cline and 41st. It's only open 2 hours a week on Saturday though. They call it a clubhouse but really it's just a building they rent out for parties next to the pool. Right next to the mailboxes.
