By far the best intimacy shop I've every visited. I went to college a town over and my friends and I would visit a few weekends every semester to stock up on essentials. The staff are extremely knowledgable and kind! I also really appreciate that they are very trans friendly and the language used on a lot of their packaging is neutral and not gendered. The aesthetic of the shop is very pleasant and it doesn't feel gross or sleazy like a lot of big brand shops do. When I was back in Mass this October, I made sure to stop in and buy some new toys. Will definitely be back when I find myself in Northampton again!

Not enough variety, doesn't vet which toys are doing well in the real world enough to stop selling commonly defective toys. Won't give a refund for inadequacy in vetting (which is fair, but research what you're selling to other people). Money wasted
