Yes. It's a family restaurant. I was there outside dining and 2 kids were at the table next to us.
Street parking is usually available. Otherwise the Century Mall around the corner on Clark has a pay lot. Half Shell does not have valet parking.
They do not have lobster on the menu. Still the best crab and fresh seafood in a casual atmosphere!

No Buffett but lots of food king crab and snow crab combo for under 30 dollar cant be beat

As Jack said below, nope, but theyre the best crab legs you'll ever have and it's a large serving. (So much better than those crappy crab legs you get at "all you can eat" places.)
