This has got to be the Best Currency Exchange I have ever been to. I mean the accommodations they give to the customers is something I have not gotten from any currency exchange over 40+years. And they're further away, but I go there because I have never had not one problem. CUSTOMER-4- LIFE !!!

Just wanted to make note of the patient and helpful staff at this place. We needed to do a title transfer after a car was towed before we did the title transfer. A woman patiently explained why she couldn't do it (we waited six months) but that if we hurried we could get to the local DMV. Her advise saved us two days of storage fees and we returned to get the city sticker. I'll go out of my way to get the great service from Kedzie Chicago. They are very competent and professional

Zero stars, been going there for 10 years and everytime I ask myself, why am I here. Rude, indignant, and unprofessional are but three words that come to mind to describe the untrusting staff that lurks the bullet proof glass... It's no mystery why they have people breaking their windows on a regular basis... Haven't gotten stabbed yet there, but the days still young...
