Love it. My daughter wants to live there forever.

Unlike a mere library, this is actually more of a thriving cultural center that is the beating heart of the community

This library has lot of collection and activities. It has more place to do personal work front and also a lot to practice. You can also block for some of your personal projects too.

I absolutely love my library! If they don't have a book I'm looking for they always use inter-library to get it.

Hi Lynette, Yes, we do offer notary services. You can find details at https://www.fountaindale.org/services/notary-services/.
Hello, yes, the Fountaindale Public Library is open today, Tuesday, March 1st from 9am to 9pm.
We are open 9 a.m.–6 p.m. on Saturdays.
Hi Naomi, When the app says "held", it means the item is ready for you to pick up. If your pickup branch says "Fountaindale Library - Bolingbrook" (you'll find this right underneath "held") simply stop by and head over to the "Material Holds" shelves to the right of our lobby. Holds are organized alphabetically by last name and first initial. If you have an email address on file, you should have received an email saying your holds are ready for pickup. If you have any other questions, please call us at 630.759.2102. Thank you.
Hi Debbie, We are not accepting donated books at this time, due to COVID-19. We hope to resume book donations this fall.
Hi Khadijeh, Thank you for your question. We do not require any type of form to obtain a library card. Your tenant would just need to provide proof of address such as a photo ID or a bill. You can find a full list of acceptable forms of ID at fountaindale.org/visit/get-a-library-card/. If you or your tenant have any other questions, please call us at 630.759.2102. Thank you!
Hi Micaela, Please bring in two forms of identification that show your current Bolingbrook address. One form of ID must have a photo. We recommend you visit our website to confirm that you live within our district boundaries prior to coming in. You can use our map tool at www.fountaindale.org/visit/get-a-library-card/. Thank you!
You can contact the library with any questions you have through here! https://www.fountaindale.org/contact-us/ask-us-a-question/
Hello! The Friends Book Cellar is open on Sundays from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Tuesdays from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The Friends of the Fountaindale Library also have a smaller selection of items available for sale in The Nook located on the 1st floor between Meeting Room A and Brooks Café.
Hi Carol, Thank you for your question. If you visit our website (fountaindale.org) you will see a search bar near the top of the screen with a drop down that says "Search the Catalog". Enter the author's name or title of the book there and hit "Search". You'll then be transferred to our catalog where it will pull up a list of results that match your search. If you have any questions or need assistance, please call us at 630.759.2102.
Thank you for your interest in our events. Please visit Fountaindale.org/events. You can filter the calendar to see only arts & crafts events for adults.
