Where do I begin with this place. I would give them negative 150 stars if I could, especially for their customer service. I received an overly expensive bill $450 in the mail TWO YEARS LATER from my appt I had service for in FALL 2020. They claim they have been sending a bill to my home address and I NEVER received any type of bill from Molecular Imaging to my same home address I have had until this week two years later in FALL 2022. It is false! Do not let me tell you how hard it is to get in touch with the billing dept to discuss the fraud bill, mind you the billing numbers voicemail box is full, so you cannot leave a message. There are no managers around whatsoever at the facility. Apparently all the so called managers they do have all work "remotely" in California, like what. I have been trying to get in contact with a manager in charge of billing for a week now and been on phone playing phone tag like no one has time for that. How does a company not have an ON SITE manager. This company is a SCAM. They do not have a real billing system and they are just trying to get money from people. If this has happened to you please comment and like below. IT IS A FRAUD! DO NOT GO HERE!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE YOU CAN DO WAY BETTER! THIS PLACE OF OPREATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND STOPPED FOR SCAMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY.

Seems like my review disappeared so here it is again. This place is DIRTY, dust EVERYWHERE. There are multiple signs saying “Masks are still required in a medical setting” and the receptionist was not wearing one and kept coughing. She was also incredibly rude and just opened the door to tell the technician something while I was having a transvaginal ultrasound. If I have to keep reposting this review, I will. Shocking how this place even exists.
