Greed is the color of green. Like all of you, I would have given this place 5 stars. At first it seems friendly and clean but wait after about a year all of that will change. In 2019 I was paying $135 for a 5×10. I was suppose to either get the first month free or a lower rate for long term renters. I chose lower rate for long term but received neither and after a few months my rent increased anyway by $10 or $20 every couple of months. Now I'm paying close to tripple what I was originally paying. This is NOT inflation nor is it the "going rate" for a storage unit this size in this area. This is greed and I truly hope people read this and take it as a warning. Do not rent here if you plan on long term storage. Oh and I also found rat droppings and possible moisture issues it looks like the roof leaked all over the top of my boxes.

He mentioned he’s a fairly new hire but he handled himself well and was prepared with information. Answered all of my questions with a great attitude and thanked me for my time.

Great experience at Extra Space Storage. From the agent on the phone to the attendant Raphael at the facility. Raphael greeted me at the door and walked me through the process. He told me everything I needed to know and showed me exactly where my unit was. He was kind, patient and helpful. Great customer service, the facility is clean and organized. Carts are readily available, elevator smooth and quick. Thank you!
