My husband and I arrived at 2pm for the fall festival. We were directed to park way out into the grassy field. When we saw where the parking was, we decided not to stay. We noticed on the way out that there was plenty of parking in the regular. I figured this was for the participants in the festival. Next time, we will need to get there earlier.

I am actually a camper here at this camp and it sucks. I get what you mean in your review for this place. Today I just saw someone whip one of the horses with a "wand" or as I like to call it the metal torture whip. It is just supposed to be used for a tiny tap on the shoulder just to move them or scoot them over but I don't think they use it for that. Today when I was brushing one of the horses she had hair missing and 2 scars on her left hind leg. It was very sad to see the horses like this and you can see the sadness in their eyes. Now there are only 3 horses they use for this camp and you need to share them with 5 people per horse. You only get to ride in the outdoor arena with someone leading you in a circle in only half of the arena. You only go around the circle 2 times which is only a 20 second ride. It really was sad. They now only have 19 horses and misery. I'm so sad that it used to be thriving and now it is destroyed.
