Wow! I am a first time customer and was blown away by the attention, professionalism, knowledge, compassion and customer care I received. My pet needed an emergency neurology consultation for a very serious urgent condition and the staff at Blue Pearl (Neurology Team) saw me within 30 minutes (time it took me to travel to them from the Animal Hospital. Both teams (East Orlando Animal Hospital and Blue Pearl Specialty and Emergency Pet Hospital) discussed our case over the phone vet to vet, and with a sense of urgency they worked behind the scenes to obtain all records from my Primary Vet and coordinated to receive me with a sense of urgency and total responsibility. I did not have to lift a finger!!!! This is the kind of care I would like to see when I visit my human physician group! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Couldn't rave enough about these amazing people. Twice now they have been able to save my babies. They are caring, helpful and very focused on helping you to understand what is wrong and how it is going to be handled. I highly recommend this wonderful group of people if you have a fur baby issue. They went above and beyond way out of their way to help me, I'm not special or anyone famous but you wouldn't have known that by how we were treated. Again it's hats off, high five, salute, bear hug, save your baby,thank God kinda helpful people.

I would not recommend going to blue pearl veterinary hospital. I had an emergency visit with them yesterday. My dog was in critical condition and they wouldn't even see her until I paid $850. Then they wanted to charge me for every little thing. They were even going to charge me for CPR. Almost $400. I understand it's a business and businesses have to make money, but they are making their money regardless. My overall visit with them, doing the bare minimum cost more than $2000. Just for them to tell me they can't do anything unless I'm willing to spend almost $10,000. Some vets are amazing and try their hardest in tough situations and others just care about the money.

It was the most amazing experience Despite the critical situation of having a very sick dog. BluePearl pet Hospital was recommended by a vet that I know, and I was not disappointed. The staff is amazing and the Vet went above and beyond to help guide us. She kept me updated on the progress And she informed me about the prices. We all know that it cost money to have pets and especially very sick pets, but the vet didn’t try to sell anything. She was fair and honest. The staff followed up a few days later, and when I needed extra referrals they helped me right away. I will highly recommend Blue pearl to other dog lovers who search for the best of the best.
