I would give negative stars if I could. We had made a reservation for a car a week prior and without any notice our reservation was canceled. We called the day we were supposed to pick up the car and the employee on the phone was extremely rude from the beginning. I get that we all have our bad days especially working in customer service but to be rude right off the bat without even knowing why we were calling is completely unprofessional. The system must have canceled our reservation because they ran out of cars which is misleading because what is the point of making a reservation if they don’t even have the cars for it. Terrible.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME I had a reservation and I booked months in advance, called the store the day prior to confirm everything was in order. I showed up a little after my reservation time and was told the car was given away and there was no other inventory. So if you don’t show up at the exact time, they won’t hold the car for you. The staff was not very understanding or accommodating, instead pointing to two other people in the store frantically Trying to make other arrangements who also didn’t show up at the exact time of reservation and couldn’t get cars.

Made a reservation online with a confirmed pick up time. I arrived at the facility just to be told by an arrogant woman at the counter they have no cars available for me and I should've called ahead of time to make sure there was a car for me. Great company guys 👏

You can already see the prior comments about attitude. Believe it. On the phone, colleagues on speaker to not give a car to a specific person, said tell them we dont have none. Not everybody just them. Thats sus already. The guys here awesome. Now I got to experience her for myself. Elsia/Alisa, African American lady need to inquire training on customer service. I tend to give people the benefit, but not this one. Just go to the next one bout 6 miles away in Collingwoods height. Attitude terrible, demeanor awful, and tone just out right disrespectful. The car wasn't clean, yall pistachios shells on the side of the door, paper, tissue, used masked. Wherever you're going, just walk, grab a bike anything but deal with that
