Took my daughter for her high school graduation pictures on May 24th 2022 at 3:15pm The photographer was like in a rush or something, She wasn’t helpful at all, I’m not satisfied with my pictures next time I will go elsewhere picture quality not good.

Stephanie is an awesome photographer! This is our very first studio session experience and we loved it. She helped us all through & did great working with my daughter. Our photos came out beautiful and this won’t be the last one! Thanks to the helpful and great staffs they had ❤️

We did a outdoor maternity shoot with one of their photographers in Croft farm park - cherry hill, the images came out very average. The images had ton of shadows, lacked brightness, was not clear, and had no background blur. They also do not do any post processing of the images. Trust me, you are better off spending the extra money on a professional photographer.

Don't think we should have to wear a mask in the waiting area.. considering it's not a medical facility. It's just more control and the waiting area isn't sanitized on a daily basis. The benches have holes in the cushions. On a positive note, jcp does honor veterans which I think is great. I have used jcp in the past for portraits. But it's been several years...I feel like they have changed and the photographers don't have a lot of experience. We had our twin baby girls pictures done in cherry hill. Maybe depftord would be different.
