Was told it'd be 25 minute wait but wound up waiting roughly 35-40 minutes. Got seated and the waitress was nice but seemed like she was new because she only checked on us like twice, other waiters were bringing us food etc. I ordered a frozen drink and watched another waitress pick it up and give it to another worker while they cleaned tables! When the check came vi told my husband to check and make sure we weren't double charged for my drink and sure enough we were! Sent that check right back and said I wasn't paying for someone stealing my drink! Never had to deal with that before anywhere I've been smh

No matter what Applebee’s I go to, I never get stellar service. Therefore, I wasn’t expecting much out of this trip except for some half price apps and cheap drinks. My friend and I walked in and were “greeted” by a very undynamic individual and sat us. We were finally waited on by an odd young man. I thought here we go…Everything is going to be wrong, etc. He seemed socially awkward and He mumbled a bit and I had to ask him to repeat himself a few times, but you know what? We got exactly what we ordered and we got it in a decent amount of time. Our waiter was definitely awkward, but he did his best to get us what we wanted. That’s all one can ask for! Good job. I would come back to this Applebee’s again

We took our grandson to Applebee’s because it’s his favorite spot for wings!🤗🤗 He loves Applebee’s wings!🤗🤗 My 10-year-old grandson ordered steak and wings! He LOVED every bite! Everyone enjoyed their meal except me because I didn’t order my burger right!😔😔 I’m a big burger LOVER and I always order my burger well but not burned.🤗🤗 I did get a well burger but very very well and dry.😔😔 I didn’t complain and never send my food back for a replacement. However, they have excellent customer service and a manager was doing his rounds and stopped by our table to see how we were enjoying our meal saw my uneaten meal and asked about it. I told manager Rob why I couldn’t eat it and how I had ordered it. He then began to tell me that at Applebee’s they do burgers pink or no pink. If I had ordered a no pink burger it would have come out well and juicy!😳😳 So I got a good lesson and learning experience on how to order my next burger from Applebee’s!🤗🤗 The manager then graciously offered to bring me a new burger and I refused because my family had finished eating their meals. He insisted and wanted to make my experience at Applebee’s a good one and said just take it home with you!🤗🤗😍😍 The new burger no pink burger was perfect, beautifully done, cooked to perfection, juicy and tasted delicious!! When I got the check the manager had removed my meal from the bill!😳😳🤗🤗🤗😍😍😍😍 WOW!!!🤗🤗 I never expected that because I never asked for that to happen!!😍😍😍 This was definitely EXCELLENT customer service!!! Thank you manager Rob!!😍😍😍😍😍😍 Yes I would definitely recommend this Applebee’s location to others!!! Great foods and dynamite customer service!!😍😍😍😍😍
