Waited in the drive thru for well over 20 minutes while the staff was arguing amongst themselves in front of me. They also kept calling me "sir" and "that guy" when I am very clearly a woman. Will give them props for throwing in extra donuts.

Been going here on and off for years. Sometimes everything is perfect. Usually not. Today I got an egg and cheese wake up wrap that wasn't folded, looked like a pizza. Also ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel with butter, which is what the paper on my bag says, but got a plain bagel not toasted with cream cheese... you try and call but their number is disconnected. Ridiculous

Gia (woman taking drive thru orders) and Gagan (male at the drive thru checkout) are the worst people I have came across. They are very hostile and rude. The guy who was checking out did not want to help me with anything and didn’t explain anything. He started yelling at me and threw a fit when I simply asked him to scan my member ID. I will never ever come to this Dunkin location again. They are so rude and the woman was giving me dirty faces and was talking about me to her staff. I quote in her words “these customers are so dumb they don’t know anything but they want to come here and get coffee” I have never had a service this bad before. This was a service I will never use. I will also cancel the member ID loyalty card with them.. because this service at this location blew me away. Please save your money and time. My food taste like soap but the coffee is good it’s just their service that is the problem. Never again! Find better employees!
