Unbelievable. I just picked my cat up from Banfield pet hospital in the back of this store, and when I paid for my cats that bill I had a bag of his prescription food and asked them if that could be checked out at the same time. I was told no, there are two different computer systems used between the veterinary services and the store so I would have to check that out upfront. So after paying over $400 in veterinary bills I took my cat and the food up front and they couldn't check me out without a prescription and expected me to walk all the way to the back of the store to get some kind of a prescription from the vet to pay for the food so I left the food and I left the store with my cat. Unbelievable.

The grooming…awful customer service! I called ahead of time to ask if they groom my dog with a level 2 murmur. I was told that they could it’s just booked as an express because she is done faster. went online and bulb like I normally do. I even noted the murmur as it asks this question as you book. Day of the appointment I walk in and they are just sitting around, granted it was early. Italia tells me I was just about to call you, her appointment wasn’t booked as express so we can’t see her today. This was the second time I was turned away from Petsmart grooming because she has a level two heart murmur. I explained what I was told when I called and that this was the 2nd time I have been turned away. All she would say is is that they didn’t have the time to get her done. But here’s what doesn’t make sense a ‘healthy’ dog takes about 2 to 3 hours for grooming, my dog is supposed to be completed within 1 hour. They TURNED ME AWAY. I drove from Land O Lakes to New Tampa. I am going out of town tomorrow so this was my last chance. Again it was also my 2nd attempt and I did my due diligence in calling ahead and confirming they could see her. I noted her health information when asked as I booked. They could have seen the information, it specifically asks about heart murmur and yet it doesn’t tell you anything about not being able to see them or having to book a specific way. They refused to fit her in although we had an appointment. Italia was the groomer that refused and she had no care with very poor customer service. She didn’t even try to find a way when I did everything right as a customer.

I called multiple pet stores until I found one with the type of hamster I wanted. They said they did and told me to come in. I have an entire setup completely suitable for one at home but will be getting a larger tank soon to improve the setup. I drove all the way out just for the employee in the store to refuse to sell me the hamster until my larger tank arrived. Absolutely ruined my day. I waited and waited to come get this hamster and finally had time to drive there. So you better make sure you have every single thing you beed setup before you go in or else you'll leave empty handed.

SOOOO expensive. Hard time finding wet cat food and it's no better there. The stuff they do have is very expensive and it is not any better than I can get at Walmart or Publix. Also, when I'm paying exorbitant amounts for cat food don't try to charity shame me at the register. Take some of the $40 I just spent on food and litter to get thru a bloody week and use that for the "charity"

I have never seen them. Best place to get them is a reptile expo.
I personally havent seen rabbits. Just ferrets, mice and possibly hamsters.
No, they don't.
They are up for adoption but I don't know the associated fees charged.
Look at your local rescue locations, and you can find puppies from there.. Abandoned puppies need love too..
