Petco doesn't sell cats and dogs bit a few have rescues that have adoption events. Shelters are overwhelmed with kittens right now. All are having reduced fess. KCPP, Great Plains SPCA, Friends of Parkville Animal Shelter, and Wayside just to name a few.
