We do have birds. Unfortunately no macaws. We do have a pineapple green cheek conure, yellow canary and also a green Indian Ringneck.

Yes. The staff are super friendly and you can hold just about everything they have for sale. If something is not ready or being difficult, they are very forthcoming and explain the situation and will hold it for you or encourage you to give it a couple of days to get used to handling. My experience is based on their reptiles and small mammals they sale there. My children hold something every trip there without any problems. As I said, the staff are great.
