Very helpful and short time of waiting. That lady by the information desk was very nice and helpful and the security gentleman helped me alot to log to their website. Absolutely wonderful service, unlike Chicago where they treat you like an intruder. I totally recommend this facility!

We were nervous going in and feeling anxiety however, the staff at the facility we visited is amazing.They are helpful & very nice people to deal with. One person in particular who was very nice is, Amber. Amber was very understanding, friendly and a kind representative. She helped me & my son receive our Identification cards and walked out of there with a smile on our faces. Thank you Amber and thank you staff!
