Why order online if you have to wait in the drive thru for over 30 mins? Why is the dining area closed during operating hours? Why is this a continuous thing? Who is in charge? Says a lot about management. The food means nothing if the customers experience is always inconvenient. Oh and do not bother calling, they do not answer. Shut the doors already. It's quite clear you are "under staffed".

This is by far the worst location in the country. I work for all 3 big name food delivery services. I have given this, 'restaurant' multiple chances to redeem themselves. Each visit is worst than the last. Majority of the staff stand around getting paid to do nothing. The manager stands up front. She slowly tells each customer what they don't have available off the menu. Never even suggesting alternatives. Meanwhile, stacks of chicken sit under a warming light all night. GROSS 😝. This store desperately needs inventory control, and employee training. I will not be returning for myself, or for any of my cutomers.

I am not sure if it is every location, but the customer service has been atrocious. Orders aren't completed on time. The workers are rude and inconsiderate. I actually listened to an entire conversation (not work related) before anyone even acknowledged I was there. This went on for about 5 minutes. One worker said the system was down because she didn't want to check. There's here has got to be a better management system put in place. The number listed for our location isn't even connected anymore. Maybe there needs to be an incentive plan for the workers or more corporate follow-ups and pop-ups at some of the locations, but something needs to be done. I've worked customer service both in the food industry and in retail, and let me tell you this is not it.
