I called BrightStar Credit Union twice to verify information. I arrived at the BrightStar Credit Union and none of the twice verified information was accurate. BrightStar Credit Union wasted my time multiple times.

Not the one in Davie.

Why is there only one phone number for the entire BrightStar credit union system? You cannot get a person on the phone, you can't call an individual branch and talk to anyone you have to sit on the phone for 25 minutes or more! Ridiculous!
