We dreaded calling for the estimate because we did not know if our insurance would cover the damages. Mr. Eric Thomas inspected our roof, spoke to our insurance adjuster, took pictures of the damage on the roof and inside of our home. He made our roof installation experience a seamless one.He provided a detailed description of every aspect of our installation. He sat down and explained the line items to us and answered all of our questions. Our roof was installed in one day. I went to work with a sad looking roof and returned to a beautiful one! I hope I won’t need a new installation anytime soon, but if I do, I’m calling The Roof Clinic.

There are varied factors that play into a full roof replacement such as the the age of the roof, whether it's leaking or not, the location of the leak, have there been prior repairs just to name a few. Our HAAG certified roofing inspectors would complete a roof analysis to make proper determination of reparabilty vs. replacement. Our crews and roofing inspectors go through a 6 week training on all things roofing. We call it The Roof Clinic Methodology and every inspector is HAAG certified. We are comfortable saying we are an authority within the industry.
We schedule repairs either same day or within 24 hours of the accepted estimate.
Georgia does not require a license to be roofer but (YES) we took the time to register our business with the city of Sugar Hill as it is important to us bridge a partnership within the city and through Greater Atlanta as a resource. It is the cost and commitment of doing business.
