The employees are nice and the place is clean. Not a fan of the corporation. After covid they began charging us before our local gym was opening. Got a refund and canceled the membership. Never went back.

If I could give 0 stars I would at first the gym environment felt safe and kind, then not even a month working out there two men tried to kidnap me outside in the parking lot I called the cops to report it and to my surprise it wasn’t the first time they’ve been called about suspicious activity. I told la employees to which they said they would give me a free training session instead of saying they were going to make sure it never happens again or take extra precautions look into hiring security something ! Out of being terrified of going to Auburn LA I went to other LA fitness since I have all access pass no problem other gyms were great I tried Auburn LA again since I hadn’t in a while I parked right in front and in the middle of my work out someone comes up to me and tells me I need to leave because their is an AN ACTIVE THREAT AGAINST AUBURN LA and everyone was rushing out the gym because our lives were in danger. This gym is unsafe especially if you’re a girl. Would not recommend. 100% unsafe. And they do nothing to fix this issue !

LA Fitness parkings are not safe any time day or night, due to the same issues, I stopped going Kent LA coz Car window breaking is very normal there, today was my first day in AuburnLA Fitness , it just happen, but I came out at the same time when they Break my car Window, they just run away two black guys with gold Dog,

This is my main gym at the moment and I love coming here. It’s always clean and pleasant. I come in the morning or after work, I love that it never gets too busy. I’m always able to use a machine if I need to, and if it is busy it doesn’t take too long for your turn at a machine.
