I walked in for wrist pain I’ve had during my pregnancy walked out racially profiled and nothing done besides what I’ve been doing for the last 14 months ibuprofen and ice they made me feel dumb and belittled they were talking to me like I didn’t have education and I felt so low I was walking out with my head down. Never will I go there again if you are person of color I would steer clear from this location they do not care about our well-being and they won’t believe you if you’re in pain

There is a reason this facility has a low star rating. As a patient and as a visitor I can truly say this facility is horrible. I am taking my Healthcare elsewhere. I have asked to speak to management several times and not one person from upper management has reached out to me at all. I was told to contact the patient advocate. Did that. This lady tried to set up a meeting with a manager and guess what....the day of the meeting the manager wasn't there. Now I have been flagged for entry so every time I come through the door I am met by security. I have not cursed at these people or anything else disruptive but yet I am met by security. Not only that, when security comes I am threatened with "you wont" .....like "you won't speak to the charge nurse if you cause a scene". Cause a scene??? Security approaching you is a scene in itself. These people are a joke. The staff sit and talk at the stations about patients in a negative manner. A majority of the staff have serious attitude problems all the time. They are very unprofessional with their words of choice and behavior ("unfortunately we are 'stuck' with this patient "). One star is too much for this place and for the staff that they can't keep staffed. My list of complaints goes a mile long or more. Just horrible.........

Auburn hospital killed my mom! As soon as I can find a good lawyer I plan to sue! I was told she was healthy enough to be released to start recuperating at home. Instead they sent her home with sepsis and she died a few days later, at home. Had anyone at this death hospital had informed me she had sepsis. I definitely would have made sure she had the proper treatment! I will sue and report the hospital to the state!

They have no regard for the family of patients that are in the emergency room. They made us wait in the chairs out by the entrance. The waiting room was empty. Still not allowed to sit inside, even though we are masked.. Several other people are sitting in there
