I ordered a $900 dishwasher from Samsung and my delivery date was set for September 9th. Samsung sent it to XPO Logistics for delivery. I clear my schedule for delivery. Today (September 8th) I don't hear anything to confirm the delivery or timeframe. I call XPO and am told they don't give out time-frames until around 8-10 PM. 9 PM rolls around and I get an email saying that my package delivery date has been rescheduled. The new date is now September 14th. I ordered my package over a week ago and I get told the night before delivery that it won't be delivered for another 5 days. I understand delays, but to tell the person the night before delivery is just unacceptable. I called XPO after I received the email and was told there was nothing they can do. I would avoid this company if possible. After reading other comments it looks like this company is just a terrible delivery company in general.

Terrible experience!!! XPO ignored me 4 times and I have all texts and emails. Now, I have to wait 3 more days to schedule another day for them delivery my order.
