John West provides great care with attention to detail. I had issues with my shoulder after an injury involving breakdancing. Within the first assessment, the therapist identified my issue and worked on mitigation. The routine and exercises they put me on targeted the core issue and within my 10 appointments, the pain mostly went away. Each appointment started with a massage and transitioned into exercise. The exercise was to strengthen and increase mobility to my shoulder. The professionals were very kind and treated me with care and compassion. The entire process was very smooth from start to finish. There were no problems with arriving late or insurance that I have seen other reviews for.

After researching 4-5 places nearby, I actually decided to drive from Jersey Village here. The folks here are great and I look forward to my sessions. God forbid you ever need rehab, but it's the place to go.
