Called the automated system to try and update my existing appointment. Got hung up on twice, then was told I was calling outside of business hours. It’s 815 on Monday morning.

Had an appointment to drop off my car by 9:30AM and have it picked up by 5PM. I left for the day to work and came back at 4-4:15 and my car had not even been touched. It is now 5:40 and my car is still not finished. This had by far been the worst experience I have ever had with this company and refuse to business with them in the future. Do not have people scheduled if you are unable to take care of them. This is a basic standard and I can’t believe they failed to meet this. You have wasted my entire Friday and prevented me from completing my plans for today. Completely unprofessional

Friendly staff. They repaired the chip in my windshield in about 20 minutes. Very efficient employees. Clean restrooms. Highly recommended!

Your commercial on leaving keys on dashboard is a stupid suggestion. That needs to be taken off of the air. You do not know the exact time you will be there. Are you able to pay for a stolen car? sstolen car

I doubt it, but you can call them. They're in business for windshield repair, but someone there might refer you to a place where you could bring your own windshield. You may want to look up a collision expert or body shop.

I had safelite repair my windshield from where a rock had cracked my windshield. You can still see the crack like before even tho the home was repaired. Is it suppose to still be there.
