I was unfairly discharged without a fair investigation due to what I believe was racially motivated. I was persecuted by multiple HR personnel from the East Tn faculty. Denso violated The state of Tennessees work labor codes and Ive yet to file claim against the company as of this date. I plan to. The practices of this company at minimum is unprofessional and petty. My last paycheck had deductions for medical not received and when confronted about it the HR manager laughed at me in a telephone interview. This company employees racist, bias personnel and should be held accountable. Furthermore, I have seen other comments in this section that provide record of racist behavior from this company.

Depends on what plant
Hi Misty, good morning. Yes Denso is a good place to make a life career. They pay very good and provide adequate breaks. Also we get like a whole week at Christmas & they give vacations. I've really enjoyed the year I've been working there. Much better than many jobs one worked as far as pay and breaks and holiday time. Hope this helps!!
