Purchased a SR-71 and took back for 30 day service and when we got it back home and road for a couple days we checked oil level and it didn't have any oil. Apparently they drained oil and didn't refill. Fast forward a couple months and engine is smoking and knocking. I started calling in Sept. 2022 and after about 6 calls over a month I went by shop and it appeared to be closed. No phone number on door and mailbox laying on ground.

This place sucks and Terry is the only caring individual working in that place. It needs to close down, smh. It’s been almost 2 years and only parts were ordered.. if it wasn’t for Terry, I would have snapped already due to the lack of care and professionalism. Terry is a 5 Star employee, but everyone else doesn’t care.

Had a great time with Mr. REGGIE the customer service was great. There were several options as far as size and a few colors to choose from. This is our first time owning a go kart and this place also does maintenance on the go karts. All the go karts are two seaters you can get bench or bucket seats based on the age of the user

Bought 2 new go karts and had to bring them both back the next day after one wouldn’t start after driving around neighborhood for 1hr . Both gotten serviced and was told I wouldn’t have trouble with them anymore brought them home drove around the neighborhood and the other gave out had to push it all the way home tried to call them they said bring them back in we stay 2hrs away and shouldn’t have this many problems with “TWO NEW KARTS “ . Now both aren’t working and we just have them sitting in our garage what a waste of money I would not recommend
