The team lead at the Woodbridge party city is the best. my aunt bought balloons for her sons party from the party city at Brooklyn. They deflated in an hour (they're supposed to last for more than a day). I showed the team lead at Woodbridge pictures of the deflated balloons and she was kind enough to replace it. ps - you must go back to the store you purchased your balloons from and they will replace it for you.
