We have been shopping here for my son, a goalie, for 2 years. There are several reasons we keep coming back: 1. They have goalies working in the goalie section. This is crucial. Instead of someone who just read the product literature, you're talking to someone who knows the equipment through experience and understands the unique needs of a goalie. 2. They have plenty of stock and direct you to the right gear, not just the most expensive gear. I've never felt anyone trying to upsell me, instead they help you find what works best for you and your level of play. 3. The level of customer service is excellent. We had an issue with a mask that was not Monkey Sports' fault. Even though they had no liability, they still made it right at their own expense. They could have sent me back to the manufacturer or just told me that it wasn't their problem, but instead they replaced the mask quickly and my son has a better mask that we can feel safer with. Eric and his team bring a wealth of experience and a great commitment to customer care when they fit out a goalie. We look forward to them being our go-to shop for some time to come.
