There is water very high here. Higher than 6' from the surface.

Visited many times. Bathrooms are almost never open. Staff on the phone not accommodating to visitor needs. It is understandable that construction of new bathrooms or maintenance of John2Go bathrooms can be expensive, but people pay thousands for burial and maintenance. and they deserve the basic services provided in other cemeteries. (Unless they want to continue to discourage people from buying there)

The cemetery doesn’t even deserve one star. They are rude and have no compassion. My family’s stones are tilting and falling down. When I paid to have it fixed they took my money real fast and haven’t fixed it yet nor have scheduled it This is no way to run a business Unfortunately when your loved ones are already in the ground the cemetery has you over a barrel I feel so helpless and sad

In September of 2019, my wife and I visited the grave sights of her parents. We were appalled at the condition. We've paid for perpetual care but it looked as if no care at all had been done. We sent a letter to the President and CEO of StoneMor, Joseph Redling, describing what we found and how terrible she felt. We were promised to get new plantings. Due to the pandemic, we were not able to return to Beth Israel until this week. My wife broke down hysterically at the condition of the two grave sights. They were disgusting! We stopped at the office to report this travesty and was told the information would be passed on. We also noticed that the only grave sights in good condition were within close eyesight to the main office at the cemetery. IF I COULD, I WOULD HAVE RATED ZERO STARS.

the building is open every day until 4 pm, any employee there can guide you to the location, there's no official map but we do have a list of every person in there since it opened in 1976
A list for what?
Did you try calling the office?
