this place is truly a blessing.. They are just so laid back and family oriented and they help you get on your feet without judgement.. I'm so blessed..

First reached out and called this ministry asked for assitence or direction to finding temporary shelter and lodgings (lined up 2 jobs) in gatlinsburg.I arrived in town of gatlinsburg only to find hotels where either booked or way over my budget since i spent all of my money on gas food 2nights at a campground another 2 at a hotel ((( Should I give this Samaritan a good review "HELL NO! The woman on the reciving end politely said No this is a woman and children shelter ONLY that I should call the Appalachia rescue mission OK........Do i look like wildlife.or an animal ?? Apparently not! The only evil beast that assists was the womanthat insisted i should call an animal shelter was from this "Samaritan family missery"

Yes it does
Males are not allowed to stay on the premise. Samaritan House will help, but the male would be able to stay.
If you need it immediately you can go and if they don't have any available they should still help because there's another shelter in Morristown
Yes, at this time! A Christian based housing facility.
They will not take men
Call the samaritan house and they will ask you some questions. In going into the Samaritan house as a new residence you must have a photo id, be able to pass a drug test, and pass a back ground check which this is just done to make sure that the individual has no active warrants on them nothing that was done in the individuals past does not matter. But they do have rooms available and they only except woman and children. I do not have the number on hand but if you google it you can find the number.
No. Not at Sam house. There is MATS in Morristown
Yes you are drug tested but I'm thinking that if you have a prescription for it it's acceptable.
Yes they accept
No only women and children
Call them to find out that would be the best way.
I'm not sure. You would have to talk to them about that
