We were on a road trip from Florida to Virginia and this was one of my favorite hotels from all the ones we stayed at. The rooms looked very nice and new and were very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and they accommodated some requests we had regarding our autistic son. They also had Tesla chargers which it’s a plus since we have a Tesla. I definitely recommend and we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

James and Douglas were very helpful and willing to help in any way. Will stay here again. Great shopping center and restaurants directly behind the hotel in Southern Village . Must go to restaurant Market and Moss. Great food.

The room design is very nice, very spacious and comfortable. The bed is confirm and the shower is strong. Had a very pleasant 2 nights stay. Will recommend to anyone.

I have never had a worse reason for staying in a hotel (husband in ICU) but I have never had a better stay. This hotel is amazing! Staff Mikey was scrubbing the metal piece in the elevator so that when you come or go it shines Wow! Tejal, Lidia, Monique, Sharon Amanda have been so kind and patient with me losing my key at least once a day. They are always welcoming. Only recommendation would be for them to wear a uniform so they can truly stand out. A big thanks to great housekeeping Fernando & Bessy work hard to make the rooms spotless! If you want or need a hotel, pick this one but be sure to leave a room available for me.
