Beautiful hotel and great place to stay. Friendly service and nice rooms. Beds we're a little too hard for me but still good. Full service bar in the hotel opens about 5 along with a cafe for food and stays open until 10pm. Very convenient location to the Rizzo conference center and only 10 minute drive to downtown Chapel Hill at Franklin St.

Room is clean, comfortable, and well put together. Shower has amazing pressure and the hot water lasts for two people to shower consecutively. Although the breakfast is not complimentary it was exceptional. French toast and scrambled egg breakfast bowl were so good. The staff was efficient and friendly during the breakfast rush as well.

Was a good place other than the pool room and pool/whirlpool tub not being cleaned. The floors were absolutely disgusting… I’m not one to complain much at all but it was just so gross going in and out of the pool to the whirlpool tub and there just hair, food and other stuff all over the floor…

Overall, we had a great stay at the Courtyard by Marriott! The facility was very clean, orderly, and aesthetically pleasing. The associates were super friendly and helpful. Their bistro breakfast was delicious even though it wasn’t complimentary. They seemed to be out of a lot of menu items, which I’m sure wasn’t their fault. The only thing I was disappointed in was that we were told at check-in that room service was available upon request. I requested room service Sunday evening for Monday, and they never came. A different associate from the one at check-in told me that I didn’t have to request it. I asked him to please make sure we got room service. I told him we needed the trash taken out, towels picked up, and new towels. That never happened. We never got room service during our 7 day stay.
