This was our first visit to the Rizzo Center Hyatt hotel and we are very impressed. The grounds and buildings are beautifully kept. The hotel part is very nice. The room feels like you are in a wonderful hotel. It's nice, well furnished and the bathroom is great. They have a hospitality room on every floor with sodas, juices, coffee, tea, popcorn as well as a large assortment of ice cream. Check in was great, we were done in just a couple of minutes. The staff is friendly, helpful and seem to really enjoy working at the Rizzo. We will definitely stay here again if Chapel Hill is on our way.

Couldn’t stay at a nicer place! This place is top notch! It’s absolutely beautiful, clean and the extra amenities make it all worth the $$. Love the rooms, atmosphere and you don’t have the maids knocking down the door every am. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is traveling through, visiting the kids that are attending UNC or just a nice weekend getaway with a partner to kick back, relax and feel like royalty.

My husband and I stayed a night here for the UNC DUKE game. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The amenities were awesome. But the staff was incredible! Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the time we checked in. The front desk clerk was very informative and nice. Our shuttle driver was so accommodating and even stopped at an atm for us. The woman that served us at the lounge that night was so nice and calm even though they were overwhelmingly busy. And all of the breakfast attendants were so sweet and helpful! We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area and recommend to friends and family.

Wonderful place. Clean rooms, the staff was friendly, and accommodating. The only down sides are that it's a little hard to get to, you have to weave through side streets well off the beaten path, and the front desk is a trek from the parking area...which is out back. The room was comfortable and most rooms have some sort of view...all views are nice, ours was overlooking the pool area. Plus, they offer complimentary full breakfast in the morning, and complimentary ice cream snacks and soda throughout the day.
