I have been a tenant here since August 2021. The property is well maintained, and the staff is professional. The biggest complaint that I have is the noise level and the thin walls. Between the noise level of the upstairs neighbors talking, loud music, heavy walking, the dragging of furniture, slamming of doors, dropping things on the floor, etc...it can be a bit much. Some noise level is to be expected when living in an apartment community. But for $1800+ per month, habitual noise issues at all times of the day and night are a lot and unacceptable. A considerable number of complaints have been made to management with inconsistent results...counting the days until my lease is over. If you decide to rent here, do consider your tolerance level when it comes to noise.

They are respectful, professional and very responsive to my questions and repair requests. This is truly the best apartment that I have ever lived in. Great place to live! Apartments are more like homes inside , very comfortable and quiet. Everyone is very polite. The office staff is very friendly and Debra the manager responds and tries to help you anyway she can. Maintenance staff is professional and responds very fast. The amenities are beautiful and the property always is clean and neat. I’m lucky to live here !

I have loved living here. The staff is extremely friendly, and the maintenance supervisor always takes care of any issues promptly. A big perk of living here is that all units come with a security system. As a single woman living alone for the first time, this made me feel much safer. The clubhouse is a great place to spend time and is beautifully decorated. While I have not used the pool much, it is also great. I also enjoyed how quiet this complex is. I have visited friends in other complexes marketed towards college students, and they tend to be very loud. At 1701 North, I have never had to worry about noise impeding my ability to focus on my schoolwork.
