Great location! Always felt safe!! As a working adult, I have never been burdened by noise and pleasantly surprised at the amount of older residents outside of college. There are constant cleaners making sure even the elevators are clean in the morning. Adrianne and Emily are on top of any issues that arise and will make sure your requests are heard. They also helped my whole apartment confirm parking which is difficult in Chapel Hill. After experiencing issues with other apartments in chapel hill down MLK with more affordable pricing and pest problems, I will say the more expensive rent price is 100% worth it.

The thing that I love most about living in Carolina Square is the ladies at the front office, especially Emily and Adrienne because they have been here the longest and the ones I’ve gotten to know the best. They have the answer to any question I ever ask, but more importantly they genuinely care about their residents. By choice they learned my name, ask about my day each time I come in, and take the time to get to know the residents. After class I look forward to coming into the office to grab a snack and talk to them. Conversations are never rushed and anyone can tell that these ladies are happy to be at work everyday. While paying a lot of money to live at this nice place, Emily and Adrienne are important faces that make the cost worth it. Autumn, newly brought in, I can tell is the same way with her bubbly personality and I look forward to getting to know her too. Dani is also awesome, she is super funny, relatable, and easy to talk to. I am writing a review on these ladies because I want to and frankly Carolina Square would be nothing without these outstanding, sweet, and passionate ladies down at the front desk that make it all possible.

Love CSquare!!!!!!!!!! The property is the best in chapel hill. And the staff is amazing! Emily and Adrianne are so kind when I stop into the office. They have cute events in the month for the residents. I recommend to anyone looking for housing to stop the searching here!

sometimes your neighbor will be very loud. But overall here is a nice place to live. it is convenience to any place. big bedroom in the apartment. you definitely fell comfortable when you live here!
