I don't recommend. The receptionist told me to be at location before 4 pm and I arrived at 3:15. Then she informed me I would not be able to be seen today because 5 were waiting. There hours til 5 and they're advertised as walk in.

The nurse practitioner that we saw today wanted to treat me and my 12yr old daughter like we were stupid cause another nurse practitioner told us to come back if we weren't better enough to go back to work or school. She was very rood and unprofessional. Needless to say I had a few choice words for making us feel stupid when it's their fault

I brought my very sick 4 year old here and was told they didn't take her insurance. So I asked how much the visit would cost since my child needs to see someone and they then told me that they could not accept cash payments because my daughter has tenncare.... I'm sorry but excuse me? You're gonna turn away a sick little girl. I have never been so disgusted with a medical facility ever.

Buyer Beware! My son was told that he had not met his Humana deductable, charged him $125.00, billed and collected from the insurance company. We had to fight with them to get his money back. By the way his plan did not have a deductible on office visits. Bad business practice!
