Waited 23 minutes on hold to refill my prescriptions. Phone is answered and is immediately hung up. I called back because mistakes happen, but the pharmacy staff has conveniently left for lunch... Darn, guess I missed them.

Dirtiest Walgreens I’ve ever been in. There’s only ever 1 person working the register counter when we come in, and trying to get help at the photo counter to just pick up pictures ordered online is like pulling teeth. They’re always MIA.

I attempted to fill a prescription here. I waited in line for 15 minutes. When I turned it in I was told 1.5 hours and was asked for a phone number to be sent a text. I gave my number and waited in my car. After 1 hour and 45 minutes I had no received a text. I went in and waited another 5 minutes in line. When I asked for my prescription she handed my sheet back and said very flatly, "We don't have this. Do you want to try somewhere else or wait 'til Tuesday? We can order it." I asked why she didn't tell me that sooner and she said (again, flat as a pancake and without remorse, "Well I don't know until someone tries to fill it." So, unless they didn't try to fill it until I got to the counter, I should have been texted at least 30 minutes ago with this information! Again, without apology or compassion, flat as a pancake, "So do you want to try somewhere else or wait 'til Tuesday?"
