Spring Gardens Senior Living (formerly Harmony Hills) is all around awful. I would never trust the care of a loved one with this place. The facility itself is updated and relatively clean and the food is quite good. This shiny exterior can be deceiving for the truths behind the doors. If your loved one actually needs regular care and support this will not be the place for you. They are regularly understaffed, very uncaring and downright neglectful for residents who need a higher level of care. They continued to house my grandmother at their facility despite the fact that she requires the highest level of care. As a result she was dehydrated and starved on a daily basis, the neglect sped up her passing. They have also been dishonest about these realities and actively blocking her ability to obtain a higher level of care. While many of the staff have apologized for the lies, mistreatment and neglect, the executive staff continues to cover up the neglect which is resulted in high levels of pain suffering. Please find another place for your loved one.

Harmony Hills Staff has been great working with my mom. They are attentive, and always making sure she is comfortable. It's very clean, and inviting and my mom loves the activities. I highly recommend Harmony Hills Assisted Living.

My mom, Barb, was in need of an assisted living situation in the summer of 2021. My family visited and researched several facilities. We chose Harmony Hills in Midvale. There are many reasons including, the kind attentive staff, the tasty food, the ice cream bar, the personal care such as meals brought to her apartment when needed. One big plus Is the individual medical attention she gets to help monitor her diabetes. Mom’s favorite things at Harmony Hills are the activities such as Bingo, crafts, games, movies and Church services. Mom has gained many new friends and enjoys the conversation and time spent learning about her friends. Mom has “adopted” many of the staff members as additional grandchildren and talks fondly of them. I have recommended Harmony Hills in Midvale to many others and will continue to do so. I think this facility is an excellent place and my mother was very happy being there. Administration, nurses, cna's, food, housekeeping, and maintenance staff were always so helpful to my mother. In my mother's final days they did everything possible to make things as well as could be. I think this place is exceptional, I would highly recommend this assisted living unit to anybody that has need of care for a loved one. I feel so grateful that this is where my mother (Phyllis) was. I think Harmony Hills is great.
