This facility is not good at all! There is no way I would have anymore of my family stay here. They have no staffing nor leadership! If you pull a call light expect a 30 minute response time. The meals are served when staffing service CNA’s decide to get off there phones. I’ve been there when half the patients didn’t get served the whole meal because they ran out of the food being served! I’ve been there when they had 1 Registered Nurse for all patients and expected to give medication on time. The administration will tell you they are going to fix it but are rarely on site and really don’t care at all! They rarely had hand soap or paper towels in rest rooms. The patients laundry is rarely done unless you do it yourself. This facility really should be shut down! It’s a danger to there patients they are entrusted to look after and care for. While the facility looks amazing on the outside the inside is non functional and truly doesn’t care about your relative! The activities director puts up an impressive activities calendar but don’t be fooled by it. It’s probably not going to happen or they will leave your senior in there room! I would highly recommend you move on and look for a different facility!
