We received an estimate to have the head replaced and have not had the work done yet but plan to do so soon. Like you the prong on the main stone was weak but the head needs to be replaced. I hope this helps.

Unfortunately jewelry doesn’t last forever so our in-house warranty does not cover normal wear or accidents on the part of the owner. However we are always ready willing and able to fix any repair you may need. As a side note, I have been considering adding outside insurance options in the future. hope that helps :) -Andrew Owner
