The blond woman that works in the back was rude and oddly enough it was only to the few women that were there. Although, the man that worked in the front was helpful. The place was very disorganized even if you have an appointment, you have to tell them? Yet no one mentioned it. What she won't tell you is that if you come early, you need to sign in 15 minutes before your appointment. Would not go back.

The staff is very rude! It may be only 2 people in there but they treat you HORRIBLY! I wanted into an empty building and was advised to use the skip the line feature by texting a code word to a 866 number. Again NO CLIENTS were in the building. Today, I see a line of folks and use the Same code and was told- we are not using that feature today? Excuse me? Why would you have the feature available on a time when you don’t need it? He stated there are only 2 of us. Sir, it was only 2 of you last time.

You are so right Mary, just needed some information, all I got was a busy sign for hours and hours. Why they put a Phone # .....and BIG TOO....on the internet is a joke !!!!

You just have to be the eary bird I've never had a issue of talking to someone lot of people go there around 10 am or later end up waiting to get in but you also try the Raleigh dmv it be worth a.shot
These guys are not actual DMV employees they are contractors for BMV so no they're not going to answer the phone or follow any protocols

I've been in their office a number of times if they're not answering it is because they are on the line with the main DMV office getting records adjusted and different things like that but just to let the phone be off the hook nope never seen it

You can go into DMV with all necessary documents call usually stays busy or no one to answer phones. You should be able to make appt online or leave a vm if possible. Appts usually take 2 to 3 weeks from time of initial contact. Hope this helps. Best time to go is in am at opening Tuesdays wednesdays or Thursdays. Good luck!
