I worked with Brandon and he helped me find the best car which was originally a Subaru Crosstrek; however, I see the Hybrid KIA and this car is wonderful. Brandon is very professional and takes pride in his customers from start to finish and anything else along the way. Kudos to him!!!

Everything went as planned and my car was ready as promised. As far as I can tell it is running fine.

Terrible service sat on hold for 30 minutes only for them to pick up and be asked to hold again or called back. Scheduled an appointment online and when I showed up in person after not hearing back from their texts they told me they couldn’t find my appointment or car/keys that was supposed to be sitting on their lot. Keys were directly in front of the service people that said they couldn’t find them and my car was sitting in the back lot.

Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle that we purchased.

Because they're dealing with KIA directly and they don't good communication with them. Kia just issues an order with no details. The customers are the one who suffer in the end. I honestly don't think it's the service techs. I think they just try to say what they think will make you happy instead of being honest with you. It's very frustrating as a consumer. Go to upper management if you are not satisfied. Jason and Nick have worked very hard to regain my trust. Good luck. Hope this was helpful.
I think that they are open until 12 or 2 on Saturday. Check the tire pressure on each tire. You should be able to see which tire is low then add air.
I am a mechanic there. We use zerex original blend. But any GREEN antifreeze will mix well. Please use 50/50 because 100% antifreeze actually freezes at about 0degrees. We would be happy to test your antifreeze anytime. Better safe then sorry.
Nope, in Indiana, a business cannot sell a car on a Sunday so all lots are closed.
